Cylinder Manufacturing
We make hydraulic cylinder and pneumatics for replacement with our consideration to make it at the same quality as those imported ones. In addition, the Company also tailor make cylinder to your need to best fit usage purpose.
Cylinder Repair
We provide repairing service for hydraulic cylinder and pneumatics by engineer team with direct experience to make it as efficient as new cylinder. Furthermore, the Company also has after-sales-service as well as repair warranty.
Parts Making
We make parts for hydraulic cylinder and pneumatics to replace parts damaged from usage which will decrease costs of purchasing new cylinders or importing parts from overseas. Furthermore, the Company monitors and controls parts production to be at standard with current technology at the same standard as imported parts.
Hard Chorme
Our hard chrome can handle rod, axle, tube, hydraulic cylinder and pneumatics with 1,200 mm diameter and 10,000 mm length and ccan be plated as thick as 200 micron with 50-55 HRC hardness.
Leakage Test
We provide removal and installation service for hydraulic cylinder, pneumatics and hydraulic equipment with current equipment incorporate with leakage test prior to delivery to clients.
